Alan Cumming

Alan Cumming (born January 27, 1965) is a Scottish actor, best known as a comedy performer.

After leaving college in 1987, he appeared on a show called Shadow of the Stone. In 1991, he played the lead in a BBC Christmas special, Bernard and the Genie, and went on to star in the British sitcom, The High Life, for which he also wrote the theme music, playing airline steward "Sebastian Flight". He appears in all Spy Kids sequels from 2000 to 2003.

Perhaps one of Cumming's most acclaimed performances was as the charismatic Emcee in the 1998 Broadway revival of the popular stage musical Cabaret, based upon the 1972 movie of the same name.
