Andrew Looney

Andrew Looney, better known as Andy Looney is most famous as a game designer, but is also a writer, cartoonist, photographer, computer programmer, activist, and self-declared Emperor of the Universe. Andy is one of the three self-described Modern Hippies (the others are Kristin Looney and Alison Frane) who run the games company Looney Labs, which has published most of his games.
