Bank of America Plaza (Atlanta)

The Bank of America Plaza is a skyscraper located in Midtown Atlanta. Standing in at 312m (1,023ft.), it is one of the tallest in the world. It is also the tallest building in the United States outside of Chicago and New York City. It has 55 stories of office space and was finished in 1992.

There is a large pyramid-like spire at the top of the building, most of which is covered in 24-karat gold. This causes the spire to glow at night like a Christmas tree.

The building was designed by the architectural firm Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo & Associates. It is owned and operated by the Bank of America.
