Bigger Than Cheeses
'Bigger Than Cheeses' is a web comic by Desmond Seah. It launched in late March of 2001, and currently updates on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule. The strip follows a group of people and their sometimes funny, sometimes disgusting, and sometimes just plain strange antics. The author has a strange hate for fellow web comic Ctrl+Alt+Del, and there is an entire page on the Bigger Than Cheeses website dedicated to discussing why BTC is better than Ctrl+Alt+Del.The unusual name of the comic apparently comes from the fact that, when said aloud (Especially with a British accent), it sounds like "Bigger than Jesus," which is both a Beatles quote and amusing blasphemy. According to Seah, he would have called it Bigger Than Jesus, but too many people would have protested and it would have been more trouble than it was worth.
