CanJet

CanJet is a Canadian low-cost carrier based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. It serves cities in eastern Canada and Florida.

The original CanJet was bought by Canada 3000 shortly before that airline's bankruptcy. CanJet was resurrected on June 20, 2002 as an independent airline. Originally the airline flew to three destinations, but has quickly expanded. There are plans to expand the airline's fleet of Boeing 737s from 6 to 20 by 2006.

CanJet Airlines is a division of IMP Group Limited, the company employs about 350 people.
