Celebrity stiff

Celebrity stiff is a betting game in which the participants each nominate a celebrity. The winner is whoever chose the celebrity who dies first. It belongs to the genre of games that "seem like a good idea after a few pints in the pub."

Traditionally many losers were supposed to have have regretted backing the Queen Mother of the United Kingdom, who probably outlived many of them. Other celebrities probably not worth backing include:

Stephen Hawking
Mick Jagger
Osama bin Laden
Pope John Paul II
Boris Yeltsin
