Claim Jumper

Claim Jumper is a restaurant chain with thirty-one locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, and Washington. The first Claim Jumper opened in Los Alamitos, California in 1977. The restaurants typically have a dignified American Old West theme. The term "Claim Jumper" is a reference to the California gold rush; a "claim jumper" was someone who stole someone else's mining claim. They are known for the large proportions of their dishes and the level of detail in their atmospheres. The menu features a wide range of foods, but focuses mainly on meats such as steak.

Claim Jumper sells a line of frozen dinners in grocery stores as well.
