Davidson is an unorganized territory located in Aitkin County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the unorganized territory had a total population of 57.

Geography

\nAccording to the
United States Census Bureau, the unorganized territory has a total area of 96.8 km² (37.4 mi²). 82.4 km² (31.8 mi²) of it is land and 14.5 km² (5.6 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 14.93% water.

Demographics

\nAs of the
census of 2000, there are 57 people, 28 households, and 21 families residing in the unorganized territory. The population density is 0.7/km² (1.8/mi²). There are 54 housing units at an average density of 0.7/km² (1.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the unorganized territory is 96.49% White, 0.00% African American, 1.75% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 1.75% from two or more races. 1.75% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 28 households out of which 25.0% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.6% are married couples living together, 14.3% have a female householder with no husband present, and 25.0% are non-families. 21.4% of all households are made up of individuals and 14.3% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.04 and the average family size is 2.29.
