Domesticated outsider taxa

This article concerns domesticated organisms other than plants and animals, in these senses:
  • Actual such organisms living under conditions of domestication
  • Species, or larger formal or informal biological categories, that include at least some such domesticated individual organisms

(The term "outsider taxa" is intended to embrace both
  • the two less familiar biological kingdomss that, with plants and animals, complete a biological taxonomic "domain" called eukaryotes, and
  • the two other (and also less familiar) tentative "domains" that make up the prokaryotes.)
