Elias Boudinot
Elias Boudinot was the fourth President of the United States in Congress assembled under the Articles of Confederation, holding office from November 4, 1782 to November 2, 1783. This office held few of the powers now associated with the United States Presidency. He was preceded in office by John Hanson and succeeded by Thomas Mifflin.
