Eve 6
Eve 6 is an indie rock and alternative band from La Crescenta, California, formed in 1995 (see 1995 in music). Members Max Collins, Tony Fagenson and Jon Siebels named their band after an episode of The X-files, of which Tony happens to be a fan. Their most famous song is their 1998 single Inside Out, whose lyrics read like teen angst poetry: "I would swallow my pride/I would choke on the rind/But the lack thereof/Would leave me empty inside/I would swallow my doubt/Turn it inside-out/Find nothing but faith in nothing/I want to put my tender/Heart in a blender/Watch it spin around to a beautiful oblivion/Rendezvous, now I'm through with you".
