Ford Kent

Ford Kent is an engine from Ford originally developed in 1959 for the Ford Anglia. The engine has been used in Ford Classic, Ford Cortina (MkI to MkV), Ford Capri, Ford Escort (MkI to MkV), Ford Fiesta (MkI to current), Ford Ka, and small versions of the Ford Sierra. It has also been used by other makes such as Morgan, Caterham, Lotus et.c. The Kent engine was also used in Forumula Ford until it was replaced by the Zetec.
