Fray

Joss Whedon's Fray is an eight-issue miniseries of comic books from Dark Horse Comics, written by Buffy the Vampire Slayer creator Joss Whedon and drawn by Karl Moline (pencils) and Andy Owens (inks).

The story is about a Vampire Slayer of the future named Melaka Fray and her discovery of what being a Slayer means.

The series began in 2001 and ended in August 2003 with delays for many issues caused by Whedon's TV commitments and Moline's move to another publisher.

Whedon has stated that he will work again on the character in the future, even though he has not yet decided whether it will be other miniseries, one-shots or a regular book.
