Frédéric de Saint-Sernin

Frédéric Marie Joseph Bruno de Laparre de Saint Saint-Sernin (born 14 February 1958) is the representative of French Co-Prince Jacques Chirac in Andorra. He has been an advisor to the French President since 1999.

He is a member of the French Parliament, representing Dordogne for the political party Union pour un Mouvement Populaire.
