Gangotri Glacier

Gangotri Glacier is the located in Uttaranchal State of India. Northernmost State near Indo-Tibetian Border. Gangotri Glacier is about 30km (18.85 miles) long and two to four km wide. End of Gangotri Glacier looks like 'Cows Mouth' hence place is called as Goumukh which is origin of River Ganga, about 18 KM from Gangotri Village.
