International Trotskyist Opposition
The International Trotskyist Opposition is a Trotskyist international organisation. Its affiliated organisations were within the International Trotskyist Committee and were seeking to implement that tendencys policy of relating to the larger forces of the United Secretariat of the Fourth International when they broke away from it. In most countries where thay have supporters they are members of the USFI grouping in that state. This was the case in Italy where there largest national grouping, Proposta, joined the USFI in the Party of Communist Refoundation. However they are now an autonomous grouping in theirselves within the PRC.It consists of an Italian organisation The Revolutionary Marxist Association/Proposta, the Trotskyist League in the United States, which seems to have dissolved into the Solidarity grouping, and other small Trotskyist groupings.
