Jack Morris
John Scott "Jack" Morris (May 16, 1955) was a Major League Baseball player. Morris pitched in 18 big league seasons between 1977 - 1994, primarily for the Detroit Tigers.
He won 254 games during his career, 4 World Series (with three different teams), and pitched a no-hitter. He is widely regarded as the most dominant pitcher of the 1980's. Perhaps his most memorable game was Game 7 of the 1991 World Series, in which he pitched 10 innings of shutout ball against the Atlanta Braves. The Minnesota Twins scored the game's only run in the bottom of the 10th to win the Series.
