As Moocher, the hot-tempered runt in Breaking Away, he left a path of destruction through Bloomington, smashing time clocks and bowling alleys. Also unforgettable in "Losin' It" as the sex-crazed leader of a trip to Tijuana in search of whores. The movie paired Haley and Tom Cruise. However, his most underrated role was in "Day of the Locust," where he brilliantly plays a monstrous child actor. No matter what role he played, he was always the least handsome person on screen.
