Kim Son
Kim Sơn is a restaurant chain in Texas that serves Vietnamese cuisine and Chinese cuisine.Its flagship location is in Downtown Houston's Chinatown. Kim Sơn also operates another restaurant in Houston and a restaurant in Stafford, serving Sugar Land.
Kim Sơn was originally founded in Vinh Long, Vietnam by Kim Su Tran La. When the Communists came to South Vietnam, La and her family fled to the United States in 1980 and established her restaurant again in 1982.
The chain grew to become one of the most well known-restaurants throughout Texas.
