Louth

This article is about the town of Louth in England. See also County Louth.

Louth is a town in Lincolnshire, England, known as the "capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds". It is lined with brick buildings from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, but is most notable as the origin of the Pilgrimage of Grace in 1536.
