Michio Kaku

Michio Kaku (加來 紀雄) is a theoretical physicist. He is a Japanese American and made a significant contribution to the string field theory. He graduated from Harvard in 1968, summa cum laude, and number one in his physics class. He went on to the Berkeley Radiation Laboratory at the University of California, Berkeley in 1972, and in 1973 he held a lectureship at Princeton University. Michio Kaku holds the Henry Semat Professorship in Theoretical Physics at the City University of New York, where he has taught for over 25 years. He has also been a visiting professor at the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton, as well as New York University. He is working on Einstein's Theory of Everything, which seeks to unify the four fundamental forces of the universe into a single equation. He has authored nine books, including the best-sellers "Beyond Einstein", "Visions", and "Hyperspace".
