Millcreek Township is a township located in Erie County, Pennsylvania. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 52,129.

\nAccording to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 76.4 km² (29.5 mi²). 76.4 km² (29.5 mi²) of it is land and 0.03% is water.

\nAs of the census of 2000, there are 52,129 people, 21,217 households, and 14,088 families residing in the township. The population density is 682.7/km² (1,768.5/mi²). There are 22,369 housing units at an average density of 293.0/km² (758.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the township is 96.55% White, 1.09% African American, 0.09% Native American, 1.34% Asian, 0.01% Pacific Islander, 0.30% from other races, and 0.62% from two or more races. 0.99% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 21,217 households out of which 30.2% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.0% are married couples living together, 8.4% have a female householder with no husband present, and 33.6% are non-families. 29.0% of all households are made up of individuals and 11.7% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.42 and the average family size is 3.01. In the township the population is spread out with 24.1% under the age of 18, 7.2% from 18 to 24, 27.4% from 25 to 44, 25.2% from 45 to 64, and 16.1% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 40 years. For every 100 females there are 93.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 89.6 males.
