Neighbor Jones
Neighbor Jones is a fictional character created by Carl Barks forthe Walt Disney Company. He is Donald Duck's next door neighbor. He is not really a crook but he is an antagonist.He first appeared in Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #34. He mostly appeared in the ten page Donald Duck Stories. He was the first of many recurring characters that Carl Barks created and used more than once. In some stories Neighbor Jones is depicted as living with his mother. His first name was revealed to be "Jughead" in one story but that form of his name can no longer be used because it belongs to Jughead Jones, the best friend of Archie Andrews in the popular Archie Comics.
