Noah Wyle

Noah Strausser Speer Wyle (born June 4, 1971) is best known for his role as Dr. John Carter on the television drama ER. Now entering its tenth season, ER has consistently been one of the highest rated drama series on television. He reportedly earns $400,000 per episode. Wyle is contracted to stay with the show until (at least) May 2005 and will direct two shows in the 2004-5 (11th) season.

Wyle was born in Hollywood, California, as one of six children. He is married and has a son (born 2002).
