Randolph Scott

Randolph Scott (January 23, 1898 - March 2, 1987) was a movie star in the 1940s and 1950s, famous for such films as Gung Ho, Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm and Virginia City. He had a wholesome image characterized by The Statler Brothers in the song "Whatever Happened to Randolph Scott?". There are many unsubstantiated rumors that he was lovers with his close friend and roommate Cary Grant.

Randolph Scott is interred in the Elmwood Cemetery, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
