Richard TurnerSir Richard Ernest Turner (1871-June 19, 1961) was a Canadian lieutenant of the Royal Canadian Dragoons Western Front during World War I. He also fought during the South African War of 1899-1902. A war from which he was awarded the Victoria Cross for bravery at Leliefontein, November 7, 1900. |
