Robert Stevens

Robert Stevens (d. October 5, 2001) was a photo editor employed by American Media. He was the first fatality linked to the 2001 anthrax attack on the United States. He died of pulmonary anthrax after inhaling anthrax spores at his desk at the American Media offices. He was 63 years old.


Another Robert Stevens (d. February 2, 1998) was a director, sometimes confused with the better-known director Robert Stevenson.
