Slang names for poker hands

Many individual cards and hands have slang names in poker. Some examples:

dead man's hand: Two pair, aces and eights. This is the hand held by "Wild" Bill Hickok when he was shot and killed. The fifth card is unclear in historical records.

Pink|All Pink: Flush of Hearts or Diamonds

Blue|All Blue: Flush of Clubs or Spades

One Jack off: JJJxx

more specifically in the pocket in hold'em.

A-A: American Airlines, [Pocket] Rockets, Bullets

K-K: Cowboys

A-J: Blackjack

A-K: Big Slick

K-J: Kojak

Q-4: B-Diddy
