Social mobility

Social mobility is the way a person has his/her social level changed in a relatively opened society, due to his/her own personal achievement, failure, or other factors. Compared with the traditional Hindu social structure, where the social level of people can barely changed, social mobility gives a shuffle to the people in the social structure, and can achieve in wealth redistribution.
