Spencer Bachus

American politician, has been a
Republican member of the
United States House of Representatives since
19, representing the 6th District of
Alabama. He was born in
Birmingham, Alabama, was educated at the
University of Alabama, served in the Alabama National Guard and was a lawyer before entering the House.
