Splinter

Splinter, The Offspring's forthcoming album, is due to be released the 2nd December 2003. The original title for "Splinter" was "Chinese Democracy", but due to a dispute with Guns n Roses lead singer Axl Rose, the title was changed. This change halted the CD's production, and its release date was changed.
