Stephen Furst

Stephen Furst (born 8 May 1955, Norfolk, Viringia) is an American actor, best known for his roles as "Flounder" in the 1978 feature film Animal House, as Dr. Elliot Axelrod on the television series St. Elsewhere, and as Vir Cotto on the science fiction series Babylon 5. Suffering from diabetes, Furst lost nearly 150 pounds in the late 1990s and wrote a book, Confessions of a Couch Potato (Or, If I'm So Skinny, Why Do I Still Feel Like Flounder?)
