Surrey, British Columbia

Surrey is the second-largest city in British Columbia, Canada, with a population of approximately 365,000 and an area of 317 square kilometers, 5,400 acres of which is designated parkland and green space. Surrey is home to several communities including Fleetwood, Whalley, Guildford, Newton, Cloverdale, and South Surrey. Surrey is part of the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

Surrey has recently been branded as the Car Theft Crime Capital of North America (see external link below).

Surrey is also home to the Surrey Campus of Simon Fraser University.
