The Jessica Fletchers

The Jessica Fletchers is a Norwegian band, formed in Oslo once in the 90s. Their music are indie rock, with lots of references to the 60s. Some of their influences are The Beatles, The Kinks, Pink Floyd, Blur, The Monkees, and The Beach Boys.

The line-up:

  • Thomas Innstø - vocals, guitar
  • Ivar Chr. Johansen - organ, piano, trumpet
  • Rune Somdal - guitar, backing vocals
  • Andreas Mastrup - bass, backing vocals
  • Jan Henning Sørensen - drums

Previous members:
  • Vegard Syrstad - keyboards, percussion, backing vocals
  • Bjørn Rune Lie - drums, backing vocals

Johansen is also playing jazz in Jaga Jazzist, and hip-hop under the pseudonym Ravi. The Jessica Fletchers has released two albums - I Can Shoot You From Here (1997) and What Happened To The? (2003).
