The Little Mermaid (series)

The Little Mermaid is a series based on the movie of the same name by The Walt Disney Company. It featured the adventures of Ariel and her friends Flounder, Sebastian, Scuttle, and other characters from the movie The Little Mermaid along with characters that are original to the series. This series originally appeared on CBS and it was on from 1992 to 1995.

• Flounder - a fish who is Ariel's best friend.
• Sebastian - a crab who is a friend of the royal family.
• Scuttle - a seagull who is friends with Ariel, Flounder, and Sebastian.
• Aquata, Arista, Andrina, Attina, Adella, and Alana - Ariel's sisters.
• Ursula - a sea witch.
• Prince Eric - a human prince.
• Grimbsy - Eric's right hand man/servant.
• Carlotta - Eric's maid.

• The Lobster Mobster - a Lobster Mobster
• The Shrimp - The Lobster Mobster's Sidekick.
• The Evil Manta - a villian who tries to take over Atlantica.
• Pearl - a wealthy mermaid who sometimes tries to get Ariel into trouble.

This series takes place before the movie and was made in between the original movie and it's sequel The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea.
