The Morning After

The Morning After is a 1986 film which tells the story of an alcoholic woman who wakes up after a long drinking bout to find a murdered man in the bed next to her. It stars Jane Fonda, Jeff Bridges and Raúl Juliá.

The movie was written by James Hicks and David Rayfiel (uncredited). It was directed by Sidney Lumet.

The movie was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress (Jane Fonda).
