Thomas D. Schall

Thomas David Schall (June 4, 1878-December 22, 1935) was an American politican. He served as a member of both the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate as a Republican from Minnesota.

He was born in Reed City, Michigan and moved with his family in 1884 to Campbell, Minnesota. He attended Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1902 and from the St. Paul College of Llaw in 1904.

He was elected to the House of Representatives in 1914 and served from March 4, 1915 to March 3, 1925. He was elected to the Senate in 1924 and served from March 4, 1925 until his death. He was killed in a car wreck in Washington, DC.
