University of Nijmegen
The University of Nijmegen is the university of the Dutch town of Nijmegen. Official (Dutch) name: Katholieke Universiteit van Nijmegen (KUN), which literally means Catholic University of Nijmegen.It was founded in the 1920s as a result of the emancipation process of the catholics in the south of the Netherlands. Its catholic identity is still reflected by the obligatory philosophy course.
