Wageningen
Wageningen (population 35,000) is a town in the central Netherlands, in the province of Gelderland.Hotel de Wereld in Wageningen was in 1945 the site of the German capitulation and the end of German occupation during World War II. This fact is remembered annually.
Wageningen hosts the Wageningen Agricultural University.
