William Goldsmith

William Goldsmith is a rock drummer, best known for his stint as drummer of the Foo Fighters following the breakup of his former band Sunny Day Real Estate.

Goldsmith left the Foo Fighters during the recording of The Colour and the Shape, upset that frontman Dave Grohl had re-recorded his drum parts for the album. He went on to tour with a reunited Sunny Day Real Estate.
