Words of Mormon

The Words of Mormon is the title of one of the books in The Book of Mormon. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints believe that it is a comment inserted by the Prophet Mormon who is said by them to have compiled The Book of Mormon from the writings of several other prophets.

It serves to link the small plates of Nephi which precede it with the rest of the book.
