Xavier Becerra
Xavier Becerra (born
January 26 1958),
American politician, has been a
Democratic member of the
United States House of Representatives since
1993, representing the 31st District of
California. He was born in
Sacramento, California, was educated at
Stanford University, and was a lawyer, a staff member for California state Senator Art Torres, Deputy Attorney-General of California, and a member of the California Assembly before entering the House.
